- Google (Gmail, Calendar, Business Profile): We access email for customer communication, calendar for scheduling, and Google Business Profile for managing your online presence.
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): We access your connected Pages and Instagram Business accounts to read insights, manage content, and publish posts on your behalf through the Meta Graph API.
- TikTok: We access your TikTok Business account to publish video content and retrieve performance analytics through the TikTok API.
- WhatsApp via Twilio: We send and receive messages on your behalf to facilitate customer communication through the Twilio API.
- Yelp: We access your Yelp business listing to monitor and respond to reviews.
Each integration requires your explicit authorization. You may revoke access to any integration at any time through your account settings.
5. Social Media Data
When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok accounts, bloompad.ai may access the following data:
- Page and profile information (name, category, profile picture)
- Published content and media files
- Audience demographics and engagement metrics
- Comments, messages, and interactions
- Advertising insights (if applicable)
bloompad.ai publishes content to your social media accounts only when directed by you or by AI agents acting under your configured preferences. You retain full ownership of all content published through our platform. We do not use your social media data for any purpose unrelated to providing our services to you.
We do not store social media credentials directly. Access is maintained through secure OAuth tokens issued by each platform, which you can revoke at any time through the respective platform's settings or through your bloompad.ai dashboard.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share data with a third-party integration.
- Service Providers: With trusted vendors who assist in operating our platform, bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
